Gratitude and charity

Whom we would like to thank?

During the past nine years of camp we have been blessed with people ready to assist us in organization. They were ready to share their time and other resources with us, and that is why today our camp is even more interesting and helpful to society.

Their mercy allows us to invite about 20 - 30 youth from orphanages and struggling families to our camp. These youth enjoy our camp as they make new friends and succeed in learning English.

We would like to give thanks to:

  • Matvey Andrianov (Seul, South Korea). We would like to thank you for your financial support which allowed us to invite to the 2011 camp one teenager from a big family which can't afford a permission card (the entrance fee) because of their financial situation.
  • "Multkarnaval" Ltd (Moscow Region, Russia). We would like to thank your General director Sergey Epifancev for financial donations which allowed us to invite to the 2011 camp 2 teenagers from a family which couldn't buy permission cards by its own efforts.
  • "Statoil" Co. Ltd (Moscow, Russia). We would like to thank you for your financial donations which allowed us to invite to the 2010 camp 10 teenagers from an orphanage in Donskoy (Tulskaya Region).
  • Alexey Turin (Moscow, Russia). We would like to thank you for the 3M stationary which we used not only as prizes in different competitions but also as aids in the teaching process.
  • Tatyana Tchernozub (Moscow, Russia). We would like to thank you for donating various things which were very useful for the organization of camp in 2010. Thank you very much!
  • Alexander Marchenko (Prague, Czech Repuplic). We would like to thank you for your financial donations which allowed us to invite to camp another teenager from a big family.

How can I help to camp?

Dear friends! We are in great need of your help in organizing our camp--there are many ways to help. All project, even the greatest ones, are impossible without the work and initiative of particular people whose hearts are full of mercy. Here is list of different ways you could help our camp:

  • Monetary donations. They allow us to invite teenagers from orphanages and big families. Every year we have the possibility to provide scholarships for 20-30 teenagers thanks to your donations.
  • Prizes and gifts. We organize a great number of different games and competitions in our camp, both for teams and individual participants. In every game we have winners (both kids or adults) whom we gladly reward with gifts. You can help us a lot by sharing with us any things which might be used as gifts and rewards in competitions (such as T-shirts, baseball caps, small souvenirs, stationary, etc.)
  • Clothing. We would be glad to provide apparel to kids and teenagers from orphanages who participate in camp so that they could use it during the other 355 days of the year
  • Information. You can help other people an organizations learn about our camp--including your friends and contacts as well as those who are in the unique position to publish information about our camp in the media or online.

If you have a desire to help our camp in any of these ways, please don't hesitate to:

Your charity to teenagers and kids - especially those in orphanages - is an "investment" in the society that surrounds us. In a couple of years they will step into adult life outside orphanage, and we have strong desire to assist them now in adapting and overcoming language & psychological barriers. This will help them deal with life’s hardships in the future. Of course, charity strenthens our own character, and we are better for it.
